Kristen has been an important member of the West Villa family for over 7 years. She started as a technician during her undergrad years and now has a degree in Wildlife and Fisheries Science from Texas A&M. Kristen acts as both technician and practice manager, providing compassionate care to both pets and owners. As our resident reptile enthusiast she has taught the staff a great deal about reptiles and is the main reason Dr. Baggs has been seeing reptiles for the past several years. When not at the office Kristen enjoys working on her mini zoo at home and spending time with her two children Luke and Lexi.

Bailey S.

Bailey S is originally from West Columbia, Texas. She moved to College Station to attend Texas A&M University. Bailey graduated in December of 2017 with her Bachelor of Science in Animal Science and hopes to continue to vet school here at A&M. Bailey is a hardworking and dedicated veterinary technician with a kind heart. In her spare time she enjoys hunting, reading and spending time with her family and friends. We are very fortunate to have her as part of the West Villa Maria Family!

Elizabeth will be graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from Texas A&M in the spring of 2018. After graduation, she aspires to continue her education and work to earn her DVM. She is most passionate about equine medicine and enjoys caring for her horse Casino.  Elizabeth is a kind, compassionate and dedicated technician. She has been working with us since January of 2017 and shadowed before that. She is a valued member of our team and we appreciate her hard work!

Sydney is currently studying Animal Science at Texas AM University, with the hopes of pursuing a career as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. Joining our team in the summer of 2017, Sydney has quickly proven herself to be a confident and caring technician. She strives to make your pet’s visit a comforting experience, as well as keeping an open line of communication between the Doctors and Clients. Her abilities and desire to help others is what makes Sydney such an integral part of our team, and a wonderful technician to assist in caring for your pet. Outside of the clinic, when not studying for school, she enjoys spending time with friends and her dog, Pepper.

Amy is one of our newest techs although she is not new to the animal field. She brings with her a great amount of experience with all kinds of critters. Amy will be continuing her education at Texas A&M this summer in hopes to eventually get into vet school. Amy is great with our clients and our patients. She is easy to get along with and always has something hilarious to say. We like to say that Amy is an aspiring comedian specializing in Tinder responses. Amy has been a fantastic addition to our West Villa staff and we don’t want to ever let her leave.

Teresa joined the West Villa Maria team, as our full time receptionist, in May 2017. We tend to forget Teresa has been here less than a year as we now couldn’t imagine the clinic without her. Several new changes within the clinic that allow everything to run smoother can be attributed to her. Teresa is known for her impressive Disney coffee cup collection and her contagious smile…after she has had her coffee. Outside the clinic she loves to read and spend time with her beloved cat, Ally.

Josette is one of our newest employees. She is a sweet and energetic person who always seems to be smiling. Josie is an Animal Science major, Texas A&M Class of 2017 and hope to move on to Texas A&M Vet school. As a fluent Spanish speaker she is a pro at helping our Spanish speaking clients feel comfortable and well taken care of. When she is not at the clinic Josie enjoys hanging out with her dog, Toby, reading books and catching up on some of her favorite TV shows. Josie is also a Disney fanatic and an Ultimate Frisbee coach.

Bailey D.

Bailey D has been one of the most entertaining additions to the West Villa family. Our youngest and only male employee he holds his own in an office full of ladies by always making us laugh and keeping the atmosphere in the clinic bright and cheerful. You just can’t help but be in a good mood around this sweet southern boy. Bailey is a Biomedical Science Major at A&M aspiring to one day move on to Veterinary school. In his free time Bailey likes to spend time with friends and his Boykin Spaniel, Molly Kate. We are thrilled to have Bailey and his extra sassy personality as a part of our team.
